Do I have to provide a credit card when signing up?
No. Creating an account is free and requires no payment details. You activate a subscription only once you decide to use the system.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel the base plan and every add-on in your account settings. Access runs until the end of the period you have paid for — we charge nothing for cancelling.
Can I add employees to my account?
Yes. From the settings you invite employees by e-mail and give them granular permissions — for example, viewing invoices only, or full access to the warehouse. You can also connect your accounting office by its NIP (Polish tax identification number).
Does FIRMSET support KSeF?
Yes, the KSeF integration is included in the base plan. Sending invoices to KSeF, downloading invoices from KSeF by date or by number, support for the test and production environments.
How does multi-tenancy work — is my data safe?
Every company has its own isolated set of data. Sensitive data (HR, Password Vault) is encrypted with AES-256-CBC.
